Dear friends and interested women, I cordially invite you on a journey to your pelvic floor!

You will get to know your pelvic floor and its tasks in everyday life.various strengthening methods.perception and relaxation.theoretical knowledge: Anatomy, everyday tasks of the pelvic floor, posture, bladder function, incontinence/lowering.You will be given exercises that you can use independently for a more powerful body feeling and a strong back, to increase sexual pleasure, for irritated bladder, incontinence or lowering.

I am currently still training to be a pelvic floor instructor and would like to pass on what I have learned to you and practice my skills. I have completed 4 out of 5 course days. The price for the course is accordingly a one-off taster price.

The course is suitable for ALL women.
