The Altitude Comedy Festival returns to Mayrhofen from 3 to 7 April 2023. The festival, created by Irish comedians, offers the unique opportunity to combine a winter holiday in the Zillertal with exclusive stand-up comedy. Over five days, the funniest comedians of the British and Irish scene will provide gags and laughs. German comedian Paul Panzer will be there for the first time and will also provide humorous entertainment with his programme "Midlife Crises - welcome to the dark side".
When British humour meets Zillertal piste fun, it's "curtain up" again for the popular Comedy Festival Altitude in Mayrhofen. The varied event programme ranges from smart stand-up comedy and cabaret to full-length shows that guarantee plenty of laughs and good humour. The breathtaking mountain scenery with its perfectly groomed pistes and wonderful downhill runs form the perfect backdrop.
The Altitude Comedy Festival offers a unique mix of internationally renowned comedians and promising up-and-coming talent. Alongside audience favourites such as Andrew Maxwell and satirist Marcus Brigstocke, artists such as Rufus Hound, newcomer Emmanuel Sonubi, Irish cabaret artist Deirdre O'Kane and many more will be represented. The great stand-up artist Dylan Moran will be performing on the event stage in Mayrhofen for the first time. The versatile comedian is also known for his numerous TV appearances in British sitcoms, the TV series Black Books or the romantic comedy "Notting Hill".
German-speaking audiences, on the other hand, can look forward to German comedian Paul Panzer, who will provide humorous entertainment with his new LIVE programme "Midlife Crises - welcome to the dark side" on 5 April at 7 pm at the Europahaus in Mayrhofen.
